Great price on unit, capable installers, and responsive front office.

Our 4 ton unit was installed October 2010. Great installation. Lots of heat even when it was 28 degrees last winter. On the hottest days this summer it ran very efficiently with plenty of spare capacity. The office has been great about scheduling around my schedule. I am an Engineer, so it has been great to work with Johnny D, he knows his stuff!

You installed a new heat pump for us on 9/27/10. I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with your company and your technicians. Craig and Michael worked untiringly in 105° heat to install the unit, one outside and one in out attic. They were always pleasant and diligent in what they were doing. They obviously knew what they were doing and set about doing it with few interruptions. They finished the project in about five or six hours which must be some kind of record... I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated them and their work.

I called to register the unit today only to find it had already been done! I am please to find a company that has such excellent employees and is customer oriented and thorough. I will not hesitate to recommend Isley's and use it myself in the future.

We had a new American Standard heat pump installed by Jerry, your service technician. We want to express how pleased we are with our unit and the service provided to us.

In his dealings with us, Jerry was very professional, courteous, helpful and showed his expertise of his job. He very efficiently lined everything up, so the removal of our old unit and the installation of the new unit went very smoothly. He did this with very little down time or inconvenience to us. Great, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous service...

I want to take a minute and commend you for the service that I received from Jerry. I called and was moving into a new home when we realized that we did not have a hook up for our gas dryer. With a 3-year old, this is a major problem. We called and you were able to get someone out that day to put in the gas line for us.

To our great surprise we got Jerry. He was not only efficient and knowledgeable at what he was doing but he was very courteous to me and my family including our 3-year old who wanted to know what he was doing. In today's world, it is hard to find good help that care about the customers as much as the owner of the company would.

Friendly, business-like...explained what was necessary did the job well and left everything neat and clean...

Yesterday Matt Armstrong came to our house to fix our toilet. I would like to commend you on such a fine employee. In these days, when customer service seems to almost have disappeared from the face of the earth, it is so refreshing to see a young person who knows what customer service is all about. He was friendly, business-like, explained what was necessary, did the job well, and left everything neat and clean.

Even though the price seemed rather high, I was willing to pay just because having a professional tend to my needs was worth it.  Thank you.

Knowledge, experience and perseverance...

About 10:30 am on Oct. 18th, I phoned you after finding wet carpet in a hallway. Within an hour, Chris arrived. He started hunting and for some time was stymied. However, through knowledge, experience, and perseverance, he located the leak in a wall 13 feet from the wet carpet in the hall. He completed the job by replacing the leaking fitting all at a reasonable price.

After a bad experience seven years ago with a different plumber, I just want to express my satisfaction to you and Chris.

Courteous, professional service...

I would like to express my utmost gratitude to two of the employees at your place of business. Last evening, I noticed a leak in my yard and called a plumbing service. Two separate services told me right away that they would not be able to fix the problem as they were sure it was a quest pipe problem and I would have to have a new line put in through a lot of patio deck work and quoted 2 to 4 thousand dollars. I had used your company in the past and decided to get an estimate from your team. As a female living alone on a nurse's budget, I was definitely starting to panic.

Mike and Brian arrived and right away it was obvious they knew what they were talking about. They gave me some options and after finding the leak it turned out to not be the quest piping after all. They were able to repair the leak at a minimal cost. They were courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. It is no exaggeration to say they saved me!! I would have had to quit school and borrow money from my family had I listened to the other companies. Isley's also advised me that if I do need to have another line placed in the future, they would be able to bypass the deck work for the most part. I just wanted to express my deepest thanks and I hope Isley's is aware of the wonderful employees they have in Mike and Brian. I will do all my future business with your company and will highly recommend them to all I can.

Professional, Friendly and businesslike.....

Max installed our new a/c and furnace. The work was professionally completed! We only had one small incident which was taken care of very quickly. Max performs very professional work in a friendly, but businesslike manner.

The Quality of Work is Consistently Excellent....

Mr. Max has repaired and replaced many items in our Chandler home. The quality of his work has been constantly excellent. All items were installed in a professional fashion, timely and within the estimated cost.

Here is a list of the items repaired and/or replaced since 2005.

• Replaced water heater
• Replaced full Air Conditioning system. Including outside unit and programmable t-stat. This was particularly difficult due to limited access to the attic and the fact that the outside temp. was above 100°
• Replaced water softener.
• Replaced water main house valve and under sink valves.
• Replaced secondary outdoor water valves for irrigation and yard water feature.
• Rebuilt 3 toilets.

When we contact Isley's for a repair or replacement need , we specifically ask for Max to be the repair man, because we trust his integrity.
